Born, raised, and deeply rooted in Ogden, Bart Blair is a proud graduate of Ogden High School and Weber State University. A father of three and lifelong local, Bart brings both family values and firsthand business insight to his role on the Ogden City Council. Since his election in November 2009, Bart has served Ogden-at-Large, now entering a historic fifth term. He has chaired the Council and taken an active role in vital initiatives, such as the College Town Charter, which brings together Ogden and Weber State University to boost economic and cultural ties. Outside the Council chambers, Bart is immersed in the community every day at Blair’s family-owned gas station and convenience store—a pillar of service for over 70 years. There, he listens to residents, understands their concerns, and acts with integrity and commitment. Bart’s priorities: Responsible growth & development — advocating zoning updates and infrastructure improvements to strengthen neighborhoods. Supporting local businesses — fostering a strong economic foundation that benefits all of Ogden. Affordable housing & community engagement — championing inclusive policies that ensure Ogden remains a place where every generation can thrive. Bart Blair isn’t just running for another term—he’s recommitting to the city he loves, with proven leadership, local values, and a vision for a vibrant, thriving Ogden.
